LTY Investments LLC operates Everyday Orbit Studio. This notice explains information involved in visiting everydayorbitstudio.com or contacting us. It is not a release privacy notice for our apps.

Website visits

This website displays information and email contact links. It has no account creation, checkout, upload form, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Its images and fonts load without embedded third-party widgets.

Cloudflare provides hosting, delivery and security. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical traffic information, such as your IP address and request information, to deliver and protect the website. Security features may use necessary cookies when a challenge or other protection is applied. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy and cookie information.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive the address, name and message content you provide, including any attachments. We use that information to respond, investigate a reported issue, handle a privacy request and keep necessary business records. Our business email uses Google Workspace.

Please share only what is needed. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full payment details or unredacted private child, client or home records.

Use and sharing

We do not sell your correspondence or use it for targeted advertising. Necessary hosting and email providers process information to support this workflow. We may disclose information when required by law, or when needed to protect rights, safety or the security of our services. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list because you contacted support.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence for as long as it is needed to respond and maintain necessary business, security or legal records. Provider-managed technical records and backups follow their service arrangements. We do not promise a fixed deletion time for provider-controlled records.

To ask about access, correction or deletion of information you provided, email support@everydayorbitstudio.com. We may ask for proportionate information to verify the request. Rights and any permitted exceptions depend on the applicable law.

Our apps

WorkPacket, Parent Action Desk, Logic Garden and Home Handover Passport are in development. Each release will have information specific to its actual accounts, files, purchases, service providers and deletion controls. The website descriptions of planned local or cloud features do not establish the privacy practices of a released app.

Children

This studio website provides product and business information. It does not offer children an account, chat, upload area or newsletter. A parent or guardian can contact us about information they believe a child has sent. Logic Garden’s final age audience and any child-related data practices will be reviewed for its release.

International processing and updates

We are based in the United States. Hosting and email services may process information in the United States and other locations used by those providers. We will update this notice if this website’s information practices change.
